"I have been working at Punch Powertrain Sint-Truiden since March 2001. Having started as Component Development Engineer, I got promoted to Head of Technical Support and subsequently became Project Leader 'application projects'. To support Punch Powertrains focus on development and improvement of CVTs, I was appointed Department Manager R&D CVT applications. From 2010 until August 2011 I’ve been working as Director R&D. Currently I’m responsible for the customer care centers worldwide. In this position I have the opportunity to combine my technical experience with a worldwide growth of the market share.
In the past few years I have had the chance to be involved in several of the company’s technological and international achievements such as the improvement of electronic components, the set up of a complete new test rig engine up to 265Nm, the reduction of application project’s time from 2 to 1.4 years, the introduction of new electronic devices for the Hawaii Project and the successful start up of several application projects in China and Brazil.
