Supply Chain Management

The main goal of the Supply Chain Management is a cost-effective supply chain of information, materials, and products from the supplier, via Punch Powertrain, to the final delivery to the customer.
Filip Forier The additional services and product benefits will increase the attractiveness and satisfaction of the customer, resulting in long-term commitment to the company.

Factors important to competitiveness such as price and quality must be expanded to include such attributes as faster delivery times with increased delivery flexibility (quantity and deadline) and ability to meet deadlines.

We will achieve these targets by actively involving the suppliers in the internal requirements planning process. An additional objective is to minimize inventories in the overall supply chain. Filip ForierThe necessary factors here are very short throughput times at the supplier in administration (order processing, work planning, etc.), production (equipment setup times, downtimes, etc.), and logistics (shipping, supply, etc.). To meet the demands of the customer in terms of delivery flexibility, we expect our suppliers to be able to provide information and services at all phases of business activity with respect to both processes and products.

By simplifying and automating processes and methods for scheduling and order processing, we expect to improve communication and reduce administrative costs.
